Relationship & Sex Therapist for Individuals and Couples in Florida, Connecticut & New York.

Therapy is a deeply personal journey — one that honors your unique experiences, challenges, and hopes for change.

I’m passionate about helping you find the support, confidence, and tools you need to create the changes you envision.

I believe everyone deserves to live life on their own terms — especially when it comes to relationships, intimacy, and sexuality.

I understand how complex it can be to discover your own values, needs, and desires — especially when they conflict with your partner’s, your family’s expectations, religious beliefs, societal pressures, or the opinions of others.

“Whether you’re looking to strengthen a current relationship, searching for a meaningful connection, or exploring your own relational and sexual needs before entering a new relationship, I’m here to support you.”

Together, we’ll work to address the challenges you’re facing, including:

  • Resolving recurring conflicts

  • Breaking unhealthy relationship patterns and learning new ways to navigate differences

  • Exploring each partner’s values, desires, and needs

  • Releasing guilt, shame, fear, and outdated beliefs around intimacy and connection

  • Building healthier communication about needs, desires, and intimacy

  • Addressing sexual dysfunction within the relationship

  • Deepening sexual connection and satisfaction

  • Navigating dating with greater clarity and confidence

Therapy with me is a space to build self-awareness, expand comfort zones, overcome fears, and create a life that feels free and authentic.

My style is genuine, engaged, and interactive, always focused on your unique story. I’m passionate about helping individuals find their sexual voice.

Having worked across Austria, the UK, and the USA, I know sexuality can be the hardest — yet most needed — conversation.

Here, no topic is off-limits. This is a safe, judgment-free space to explore past experiences, express desires, and create the relationships and intimacy you deserve.

“Therapy with me can be a space to become more self aware, expand comfort zones, overcome fears and pursue a life that feels fulfilling - both freeing and authentic.”

  • Before opening my private practice, I was the Assistant Director at Greenwich Family and Youth Options and ran social skills groups, substance abuse prevention, and divorce groups. I am also a mediator for the Connecticut Council for Divorce Mediation and Family Dispute Resolution, trained to work out disagreements and reduce conflicts in all kinds of family matters.

As a wife, mother, and stepmother, I have an understanding of the unique challenges that couples and blended families often face. I have worked with many individuals and families to improve relationships, enhance communication, and develop realistic expectations.

  • I have a Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fairfield University. Additional course study includes the completion of a four‑year postgraduate program at the Family Institute of Westchester and continuing education at the Ackerman Institute for the Family in New York City. I am a member of the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT) and hold a certificate from the Sexual Health Certificate Program at the University of Michigan.
