How It Works
Couples therapy is a supportive, collaborative process. Most sessions will be together, though sometimes individual meetings can help deepen the work.
In our first session, we’ll talk about what brings you here and what you’re hoping to achieve, setting the foundation for your journey together.
Every couple is unique, and I tailor my approach to fit your needs, drawing from Imago Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
Sessions are 60 minutes and typically held once a week — either in person or over Zoom, depending on what feels right for you.
Understanding each other’s vulnerabilities
Communicating openly and without defensiveness
Reconnecting with each other’s values and dreams
Moving past difficult impasses
